Christmas mini sessions take place on Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, 2026. Visit the booking page to see available appointment times.

Sessions take place at Nicolle Aponte Photography Studio in 1801 Oberlin Rd Suite 206 Middletown, PA 17057. There is free and accesible parking in front of the building and on the sides as well. On the main entrance there is a handicap accesible ramp.

Each mini session includes 20 minutes of photography time. Please arrive ready for your scheduled appointment so you can make the most of your time.

The session is $200 and includes 20 minutes of photography and 5 edited digital images. There is option to upgrade your mini session with additional digital images, full gallery access, and photo prints.

Your package includes five digital images of your choice. You’ll receive a proof gallery after the session so you can review the photographs and select your favorites.

The base package includes your five selected digital images. The proof gallery allows you to choose those favorites; access to all digital images is available through a package upgrade.

Who can participate?

These sessions accommodate immediate family members with a maximum of 6 people. If wanting to do portraits with extended family members, you can reserve an additional time block.

For our classic green Christmas theme, consider wearing reds, whites, gold tones, and blacks. Coordinating outfits can help everyone look cohesive while letting individual personalities show. The set up looks great with casual outfits and elegant outfits as well. Keep children’s clothing comfortable and choose footwear appropriate for indoors at the studio.

All children are different and I know it is scary for them to come to a new room with so many things and with a stranger holding a camera. I alway like to give a few moments to talk to your children so they know what we will be doing and that I want them to be themselves. Mini sessions move quickly, so arriving with children rested and fed can help. Extended time can be added at an hourly rate.

Your proof gallery will be delivered within 10 business days after your photoshoot, and a final gallery is delivered within 14 business days after your favorite selection is completed. If you’re planning Christmas cards or photo gifts, allow additional time for ordering, printing, and shipping.

By my landlords policy, pets are not allowed in the building. If this is a special circumstances or milestone, please reach out directly with the details to see if we can make the requested accomodations.

For any late arrivals, communication is key. Since during mini session days, time slots are limited. This set up will only be available for two days. If you need to reschedule for the following day or a different time, please call me as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. This can be accredited for a different date and location, if wanted elsewhere.

Since the mini sessions will be held indoors, rain does not affect the process. If there are any weather conditions that puts our area under state emergency, I will communicate any updates with possible dates and times.

Yes! You’ll have the option to upgrade your package. Upgrade options include all digital images and packages with digital images and prints.
